Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ORIANIA, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience for our customers.

1. Personalized Gifts & Custom Products

Our personalized gifts, including custom-printed cards, personalized jewelry, special messages, and customized gift sets, are prepared and dispatched within 1 business day.

These products are shipped from within the United States, with an estimated shipping time of 3 business days after dispatch.

2. Other Products & International Shipping

Products that are not personalized may be shipped from our international fulfillment warehouses outside the United States.

Products shipped from outside the United States will be identified on their individual product pages.

For products that do not display a specific shipping timeframe, the estimated shipping time is up to 10 business days after dispatch.

Order processing time is separate from shipping time unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery Estimates & Possible Delays

All shipping times are estimates based on normal shipping conditions and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Occasional delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and provide updates in the event of significant delays.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, when available.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

5. Customer Support & Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact ORIANIA through the contact information available on our website.

We will investigate the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Thank you for shopping with ORIANIA!
