1. Personalized Gifts & US Shipping

Our personalized gifts, including custom-printed message cards, personalized jewelry, and customized gift sets, are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation.

These products are shipped from within the United States, with an estimated shipping time of 1–3 business days after dispatch.

2. Other Products & International Shipping

Other products may be shipped from our international fulfillment warehouses outside the United States.

Products shipped from outside the US will be identified on their product pages.

Unless a different shipping timeframe is specified on the product page, the estimated shipping time for these products is up to 10 business days after dispatch.

Processing times for these products may vary and are separate from shipping transit times.

3. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

5. Delivery Estimates & Delays

All shipping times are estimates and exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updates and assist you.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at info@orianiagifts.com.

We will review the available tracking information and work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
