REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ORIANIA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing quality products and a fair, transparent return and refund process.

1. Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

2. Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Products made specifically to a customer's individual specifications, including qualifying personalized jewelry, custom-printed message cards, and customized gifts, are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This exclusion does not apply to products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protection rights.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@orianiagifts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us, so we can direct your return to the correct fulfillment location.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, ORIANIA will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required, or provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of its status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–7 business days of approval, subject to applicable legal refund deadlines.

Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
