Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@oriania.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Return shipping is on us — we cover the cost of all returns.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@oriania.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
