Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@oriania.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Return shipping is on us — we cover the cost of all returns.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@oriania.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
